The Smart Magnetic Guidance System is a highly advanced, stable, and reliable steering tool designed for complex Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) projects. Utilizing world-renowned brand sensors, it delivers exceptional accuracy and stability even in harsh environments or under high-voltage (HV) line interference. The system consists of state-of-the-art downhole BHA tools, versatile surface magnetic sources (beacons or guide wires), a dedicated interface unit, and SmartCross software for real-time tracking.

Smart Magnetic Guidance System

Advanced Anti-Interference: Features advanced calibration and digital filter design, ensuring accurate guidance even under severe magnetic interference like HV lines.
Longer Communication Distance: Offers a theoretical wireline communication range of up to 5km, with a field-proven reliable distance of 3km. It maintains connection even with cable insulation damage at 800mA.
Versatile Tracking Options: Supports both standard/mini Beacon Tracking Systems (BTS) and Guide Wire tracking (AC/DC) to suit diverse terrains, including river and mountain crossings.
Powerful Software Processing: Includes the proprietary SmartCross Guidance Software for trajectory design, real-time data acquisition, and visual display.

Beacon Tracking System (BTS)

BTS Ideal for areas where guide wire setup is restricted. Features a vertical suspension design for easy setup and high accuracy.

Standard BTS: Survey range up to 100m, operating at 38 Watt.
Mini-BTS: Highly portable (10kg), 1-man setup, with a surveying range up to 65m. Can be combined with drones for specialized projects.
VM Standard BTS: Survey range up to 94m, operating at 84Watt, with a weight of 86Kg (including battery).

Guide Wire Tracking (AC & DC Modes)

Available in AC and DC modes, accommodating large coils, small coils, and circular mini-coils to increase magnetic field strength.

AC Large Coil: Tracks up to 300m. Covers most drilling routes and offers tracking for the entire process. Ideal for complex drilling with magnetic interference.
AC Small Coil: Tracks up to 300m. Loop size can be decreased in restricted areas. Can be used independently.
AC Circular Coil: Tracks up to 200m. Set up in very restricted areas and suitable for above-water tracking.

BHA Components

Includes top/bottom centralizers, wet connect, probe, spacer bar, and stinger.

Intersect Tracking System

An advanced alternative to RMRS, designed for precision drilling.

By adding an AC electromagnetic transmitter module on one side, target tools can be accurately positioned and intersected within a range of 40m.
Independent of limitations from drill bit RPM and position, offering better performance in soft formations without a mud motor.

International Express: Such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc. It is suitable for shipping small batches of PDC bits with high value. Its advantages include fast speed. Generally, it can reach the destination within 5 to 7 days. It can provide door-to-door pickup and tracking services, and has a relatively high level of security during the transportation process.

Sea shipping: It is suitable for transporting large batches of PDC bits that are large in volume and heavy in weight. The shipping time for sea freight is relatively long. It may take about 30 to 45 days to ship from China to Europe and America.

Air Shipping: It is suitable for shipping urgent and high-value PDC bits. Air freight is fast. Generally, it can reach the destination within 5 to 10 days, which can meet the needs of customers for urgent goods.
